PADEL COURT BOOKINGS Terms & Conditions

Cancellation window:

· Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a court credit towards a future
game or refund.

· Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled game will not be eligible for a credit or refund,
except in cases of weather disruption as detailed below.

Weather disruptions:

· If the weather at the time of your scheduled game is deemed to disrupt play (heavy rain, lightening or
high winds), your booking can be cancelled without penalty and a credit/refund issued by the duty
manager. 

· If bad weather starts during the first 60 minutes of your game, please come in and we will issue a credit
for a booking on another day. Refunds will not be issued in this circumstance.

· Weather forecasts scheduling bad weather will not qualify for court credits or refunds within the
24hour cancellation window unless the club manager deems the courts must be closed, in which case
credits and refunds will be offered. 

· Light rain and no visible wet patches on court will be deemed as still playable while taking extra caution
and adapting your game to be slower and focus on more precise shots. The decision as to whether play
takes place/continues and responsibility in these circumstances will be down to the players.

Notification:

The club will aim to notify any members with courts bookings of advanced cancellations from the
club’s perspective with at least 1 hours’ notice; however, this cannot be guaranteed, and we urge any
members with bookings to contact the club prior to arriving if there are any concerns about the weather
affecting their game.

Please also note that any disputes with cancellations must be emailed to alex@clubkingswood.co.uk and
the duty managers enforcing the bookings policy understand frustrations in change of circumstances
but do not have the authority to overrule the terms. 

We ask that staff are respected for following these guidelines and that you appreciate these guidelines
having booked a court under these terms and conditions.

Changes to this weather policy:

The club reserves the right to change this policy as we deem necessary from time to time, and as may be
required. Any changes will be immediately posted on the website and on the Padel Community
WhatsApp group. You are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Weather Policy from the date that
