Swim, Steam & SAUNA

Our swimming pool is 33ft long (11 meters) and can be accessed through both the men's and ladies' changing rooms.  The water temperature and  water quality in the swimming pool  is constantly monitored.  You must shower before using the Pool! 

Mobile phones and cameras are strictly forbidden to be taken into the Swimming Pool Hall or Steam and Sauna Areas. Photographs, videos and video calls are also strictly forbidden in these areas as well, POOL RULES.

We offer adult, as well as family swim times where members can bring their children to swim for only £1 until they are 16 years old.

Please check our pool timetable before you swim to check whether family or adult only swim times are operating.

We have separate male and female Steam and Sauna areas.

Chill out and de-stress with a relaxing Sauna and Steam after a work out or swim, sounds like a win-win all around.
