Is a series of exercises that are performed on the floor using a Yoga Mat. Pilates uses body resisted movement to strengthen the muscles around the Pelvis - abdomen and back. This class will improve your core strength, improve your posture and balance and hopefully relieve chronic back
pain.
A yoga class suitable for everyone regardless of your experience, just come as you are.
Yoga will not only assist with your flexibility but also improve your strength, spine health, oxygen to the brain, build a strong heart and lungs, assist with lowering blood pressure but maybe most importantly it will calm and soothe a busy mind.
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
A Boot Camp class is a full body workout that
combines Cardio and Strength training in a Circuit fashion.
We are able to deliver our Boot Camp classes outside in our spacious outdoor gym area weather permitting, & we perform different exercise that include:-Push Ups, Squats, Burpees and own Body Resistance Exercises. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Body Combat is a high energy, martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class! No experience needed, learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu! Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ!
Conditioning class to target the areas below the waist! Working with hand weights, tubes and Body Weight, a class for everyone!
A high intensity interval training class based on boxing training.
Unleash your inner fighter with high-intensity class inspired by the rigorous workout routines of boxing and circuit training.
Performed on stationary Indoor Bikes, these classes run for 30 or 45 minutes and are a great way to build cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. It is also low impact on the knees and other joints. We use a system called Coach By Colour that uses colour- coded training zones to help riders achieve their fitness goals. Full one to one training is offered to help riders find their colour-coded training zone. Ride to great music, tackling Hills and flat terrain in this popular Group Fitness class. All fitness levels welcome.
This is a 45 min Group Cycle class where you will ride for 30 minutes and then work on your core development and strength for 15 mins in our functional area.
This is a 45 min Group Cycle class where you will ride for 30 minutes and then benefit from a 15 min full body stretch in our functional area.
This 60 minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to Body Pump is 'THE REP EFFECT' a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.
Body Pump Express is the same as Body Pump with a couple of tracks removed to make the workout shorter.
A fusion of international music and dance themes that create a fun and exciting workout that's easy to follow. Routines include a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tones the body and burns calories.
Tai chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai chi originated as an ancient martial art in China. Over the years, it has become more focused on health promotion and rehabilitation. A gentle class, suitable for all fitness levels.
A 45 min class working the whole body. An aerobic warm up, followed by a total body workout using, hand weights, bar and individual weights. We also use a step, for step ups and chest work We end with a floor section for abs and a lovely stretch
The class is a good mix of ages and abilities with alternatives given for all. We welcome those that have recovered from health issues and are looking at getting back to fitness
The class commences with a short and simple cardio section to warm the body. We then go on to our toning where we work the whole body ranging from squats and lunges to tricep dips and planks. No two classes are the same! We use different weights to intensify the exercises and use bars and hand weights as well as our own body weight. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities!
A one hour class focused on alleviating back and joint pain, boosting mobility and strengthening your core muscles for better overall stability and movement.
A 45 or 30 minute low impact class designed to help Mobility and Balance.
A gentle workout that does not include any floor work. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
