Fitness Team and Personal Trainer
first gained interest in fitness when I was 5 years old through training at the local karate dojo. As I got older I competed in many different competitions, after achieving my black belt, I decided to join a boxing gym to further my knowledge in combat sport. From then fitness became such a big part of my life, it grew from an interest to a passion.
My main focus in the fitness industry is to make sure I succeed in meeting my clients individual goals and targets. For example weight loss, muscle gain, mental strength and determination.
I feel the knowledge and discipline I have learnt through training in different combat sports is so important when facing different obstacles that clients face throughout their fitness journey, therefore I take pride in spreading my knowledge onto my clients, which from experience, has helped tremendously with achieving goals.
