I have always had a passion for health and fitness and seeing just what our bodies are capable of achieving. So, in 2008 I decided to make my passion my career and I became a fitness instructor.
I enjoy all areas of fitness and find how our bodies adapt to exercise intriguing. I particularly enjoy assisting people with losing weight, using my knowledge and expertise to guide them on this journey. I enjoy seeing clients reach their goals and seeing their fitness levels sore. There is nothing more satisfying as a trainer, seeing clients regain their confidence and improve their lifestyles and mental health through exercise.
