I have my level 2 gym instructor and currently studying my Level 3 Personal trainer qualifications. I have always enjoyed fitness, especially at school I would take part in sports matches alongside running events. I found my passion for fitness doing home workouts and eventually built up the courage to join a gym. I wanted to expand my knowledge to help others realise that fitness can become a lifestyle and not something just temporary. The main goal is turning fitness into something enjoyable, not using it as a punishment. I want you walking out of the gym feeling accomplished and motivated to reach your goals.
