I've been a personal trainer since 2012. I've worked most of my time in Club Kingswood in Basildon but did spend 3 years in Australia studying level 5 Remedial massage therapy, where I gained a lot of knowledge about the human body. I have been practising this for 6 years now. I have worked with many clients just like you who have felt frustrated, overwhelmed, and helpless. I love working with beginners and those who have failed in the past because I was once a beginner too.
I am passionate about weight training and I believe knowledge is key, so as you can see I've done a few courses in my time.
My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people I work with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This goes beyond helping people looking the best they ever had, this also covers performance, mindset and lifestyle.
But this is more about you....... not me.
Starting a fitness journey, changing your lifestyle for the better, this doesn't happen overnight and isn't a quick fix. It takes time, patience and consistency
